Plans were released for the nine-story affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 249 Pennsylvania Avenue site in San Francisco. The complex will create 124 residential units, along with two courtyards and on-site parking for bicycles. Future residents will be within walking distance of the 22^nd Street Caltrain Station.
