Updated renderings were released for the six-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2800 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley. All 17 apartments in the complex will be geared toward UC Berkeley students, and each unit will contain its own washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Residential amenities will include a fitness center, rooftop deck, and on-site parking for bicycles.
