Funding has been secured for the 83-unit, 270-bed mixed-use student housing project at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2538 Durant Avenue in Berkeley. The 85-foot structure will include five very low-income units, along with ~5,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
