$168 million in loans has been secured for the first phase of the residential project at Rockridge Geotechnical’s Gateway Crossing site in Santa Clara. When this multi-building phase is finished, it will create over 1,500 homes adjacent to Caltrain, along with ~45,000 square feet of retail space, a 225-key hotel, on-site parking, and new parks.
