Construction is underway for the six-story affordable housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3419 San Pablo Avenue site in West Oakland. The development hopes to create 60 affordable units, along with 1,400 square feet of retail space, common rooms, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
