Construction is proceeding quickly for the 11-story affordable housing development at 1523 Harrison Street in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Once complete, the complex will yield 284 residential units, 281 of which will be affordable, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
