Demolition and building permits were filed for a four-story development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2445 Ocean Avenue site in San Francisco. The mixed-use complex, which will sit on a triangular parcel, is expected to create two apartments and yield over 3,800 square feet of commercial space.
