The Jewish Family and Children’s Services (JFCS) building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2245 Post Street site and its adjacent parcel at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2255 Post Street site both received a Notice of Determination, which will allow the next phase of the four-story Holocaust Center redevelopment in San Francisco to move forward. The project, which is sponsored by JFCS, will consist of new office space and a community building dedicated to educating visitors about issues involving antisemitism, racism, and genocide. The total building is expected to comprise approximately 34,000 square feet, and it will include rooms for public exhibitions, a lecture hall, a library, and other educational spaces.
