Plans were approved for a six-story, 31-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3458 Mount Diablo Boulevard site in Lafayette. Of the 31 apartments, three will be affordable, and the complex will contain ground-floor retail space and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
