Construction is almost complete for the seven-story, 68-unit mixed-use development at 1752 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Of the 68 units, seven will be affordable, and the complex will also contain 1,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a rooftop deck and bicycle parking for residents.
