Developer oWOW has settled on a final design plan for the 11-story project at 1523 Harrison Street in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This structure will contain 284 units, 281 of which will be affordable, along with on-site parking for 105 cars and 86 bicycles. Residents will be within walking distance of Lake Merritt, as well as the 19^th Street BART Station.
