New permits were filed for the eight-story affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 250 Laguna Honda Boulevard in San Francisco. The complex will contain 172 residential units, all of which will be affordable or supportive, along with amenities such as front and rear courtyards, on-site services for residents, and parking for cars and bicycles.
