The Berkeley Zoning Adjustment Board has approved plans for a 20-story student housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2425 Durant Avenue site. The complex is set to create 169 new units, along with over 1,000 square feet of open space. Of the 169 units, 32 will be affordable, 19 of which will be replacement affordable housing units for existing residents.
