Construction is making progress for the eight-story, 207-unit student housing complex at 1598 University Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Of the 207 units, 21 will be allocated to very low-income households; the development will also include nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space and on-site parking for cars and bicycles. The complex will wrap around a central amenity space.
