Construction was completed for the new eight-story, 52-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2587 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley. The complex, which is student-oriented, will provide 485 beds across the 52 units, and of these units, six will be affordable for very low-income households. The building will also include amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, study pods, over 5,100 square feet of open space, and a clubroom connected to two rooftop terraces. The complex will be in a retail-rich area just an eight-minute walk from the UC Berkeley campus.
