Construction has begun for the five-story Cherry Street Commons affordable housing complex at 1232-1244 Cherry Street in San Carlos, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will create 33 affordable units, along with amenities including a community kitchen, media area, podium-top courtyard, and rooftop deck. On-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles, and residents will be just two blocks from the San Carlos Caltrain Station.
