Plans are being discussed for an eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 668 East 3^rd Avenue in San Mateo. The complex would contain over 100 residential units, including five townhouse-style units along 3^rd Avenue and South El Dorado Street. Moreover, the development will offer 125 parking spaces, 47 of which will be on-site, and over 7,000 square feet of space for amenities.
