New plans were filed to downsize the affordable housing development at 1523 Harrison Street in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The 28-story, 496-unit tower will now be just a 10-story building containing 245 affordable units. The complex will still contain a two-story garage with parking for cars and bicycles, and other amenities will include a community room, fitness center, third-floor podium-top courtyard, and rooftop terrace.
