Building permits were requested for the 22-story, 303-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1101-1123 Sutter Street in San Francisco. Of the 303 residences, 102 will be affordable, allowing the project to use the State Density Bonus. Along with housing, the complex will include 2,800 square feet of commercial space, a 4,000-square-foot childcare facility, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
