The environmental review process has been completed for the potential mixed-use redevelopment of the California College of the Arts campus at 5200 Broadway in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The proposed development would retain two of the campus’ historic buildings, creating 510 new apartments and nearly 15,000 square feet of retail space across both buildings. On-site parking for cars and bicycles will also be included.
