The Berkeley Zoning Adjustments Board will be voting on the proposed residential tower at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2128 Oxford Street. The 26-story building, which is named the Hub at Berkeley, would become the tallest building in Berkeley when completed; along with 456 residential units, the development would contain 14,400 square feet of retail space and on-site parking for cars and bicycles. Of the 456 units, 40 will be designated as affordable for low-income and extremely low-income households.
