Vivalon and Eden Housing have opened the 67-unit Vivalon Healthy Aging Campus at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 999 3^rd Street in San Rafael. 66 of the units will be affordable housing for seniors, while the 67^th unit will be for the on-site property manager. Along with housing, the campus will provide medical services such as coordinated care, social engagement, nutrition services, and activities for residents. Amenities on the campus include a café and a residential courtyard.
