Construction is continuing at the 14-story Anchor House, a student dormitory for UC Berkeley located at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1921 Walnut Street in Berkeley. The dorm building will contain 244 units of student housing, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Each apartment will contain desks, a kitchen, and washer-dryer, while the amenities in the complex include a fitness center, culinary classroom, central courtyard, and event spaces.
