Construction is almost complete at 2590 Bancroft Way in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites, where an eight-story, 87-unit residential building is being developed. The building’s residential units are intended for student housing, with the ground floor containing nearly 3,200 square feet of retail space.
