Rockridge Geotechnical is proud to announce that two of our developments have been featured in the San Francisco Business Times piece titled “5 ‘East Shore’ development projects to keep an eye on.” The projects included in the article are the multiphase development at the Emeryville Public Market (5959 Shellmound Street), which will construct a significant amount of new biotech space adjacent to on-site parking, and theLAB Berkeley (2222-2246 Fifth Street and 787 Bancroft Way), a life sciences R&D campus with a multi-level on-site parking garage.
