Related California recently received $690 million for construction of Rockridge Geotechnical’s mixed-use, high-rise Tasman East project at 2300 Calle de Luna. The tower plans to include 700 units of housing, 191 of which will be for seniors, and over 19,000 square feet of retail space with a 613-car garage.
