New permits were filed for a proposed three-building residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2812 Eighth Street in Berkeley. The buildings consist of two single-family homes and a townhome-style duplex, with over 8,500 square feet of enclosed space across the three buildings. Parking will be included in ground-floor single-car garages.
