Construction for a 15-story LGBTQ-affirming affordable housing complex, which will be located at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1939 Market Street site in San Francisco, is set to begin in 2027. The complex is expected to create 187 units for LGBTQ seniors living in the Castro.
