Updated plans were filed for a retirement community at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3400 Laguna Street site in San Francisco. The planned development will retain ten apartments from the existing Morgan Building on the site while adding 120 units in a new eight-story structure. The complex will also include basement parking for 29 cars.
