An application is being pursued for a previously dormant nine-story, mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 321 Florida Street site in San Francisco. This updated application proposes 168 new apartments, 31 of which would be affordable, along with over 1,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The proposed amenities are extensive, and they include hot and cold plunges, coworking space, fitness centers, rooftop amenity decks, and a residential theater.
