The Walnut Creek Planning Commission is holding a design review meeting to discuss the eight-story, mixed-use development at 1532 Mount Diablo Boulevard, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project aims to create 104 new residential units, 14 of which would be affordable, along with ground-floor retail space. Planned amenities include a rooftop deck with a firepit, seating, and outdoor television.
