Construction is expected to begin for a seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto. The 368-unit complex will include 74 affordable units along with on-site parking for 382 cars in a two-level basement garage. Amenities will include a landscaped courtyard and pool deck, and residents will be within walking distance of the California Avenue Caltrain Station.
