New plans were released for the 21-story tower at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 910 Marshall Street site in Redwood City. The complex will contain 222 units, 19 of which will be assisted living units and 15 of which will be memory units. The building will also boast 1,200 square feet of retail space and on-site parking for 95 cars in a podium garage. Amenities will include a landscaped rooftop terrace and green roof.
