Updated plans were released for the six-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 350 Forest Avenue site in Palo Alto. The complex will contain 69 units, nine of which will be affordable, along with amenities such as a fitness center, community room, and courtyard. On-site parking will be included for 98 cars and 76 bicycles.
