A notice of an application has been published by the San Francisco Planning Department for the potential 13-unit complex at 173 Shipley Street, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Along with the residential aspect, the new seven-story building would contain a nine-car garage and bicycle parking. Moreover, one of the 13 units will be affordable.
