Updated renderings were released for the eight-story residential development at 2263 Calle del Mundo in Santa Clara, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This complex, which will be called Parkside, plans to create 301 units of housing, two of which will be live-work units for residential-commercial use. Parkside will also boast abundant amenities, such as an elevated pool deck, movie theater, game room, karaoke lounge, fitness center, golf simulator, podcast studio, zen courtyard, dog spa, barbecue area, and sky deck.
