Preliminary permits were submitted for an eight-story affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1234 Great Highway site in San Francisco. The residential complex will contain 199 affordable units across two buildings, and amenities will include outdoor gathering areas, a community kitchen, and a lounge. These buildings will also sit next to a one-story adult day health care center, which will provide services for the residents.
