Construction has begun on the six-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 11 El Camino Real in San Carlos. Of the complex’s 251 units, 38 will be affordable, and amenities will include a pool deck, clubroom, fitness center, and lounge, as well as parking for cars and bicycles in a 292-stall garage.
