Construction has nearly finished for an eight-story affordable housing development at 2125 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex will create 97 units, 96 of which will be affordable, with 20 units allocated to seniors exiting homelessness. Amenities will include resident services provided by Mercy Housing, as well as an outdoor courtyard, a community room, and bicycle parking.
