Construction is underway for a seven-story mixed-income apartment building at 30 Ingold Road in Burlingame, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development is expected to create 320 residential units, 50 of which will be affordable, along with over 4,000 square feet of retail space, approximately 10,000 square feet of amenity space, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles in a two-story podium garage.
