Illustrations were published for the adaptive reuse of the Chandler Building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2449 Dwight Way site in Berkeley. The redevelopment would create 63 new apartments, three of which would be affordable, along with 3,700 square feet of retail space and on-site parking for bicycles. Moreover, the building’s historic masonry brick ornamentation would be retained.
