The Berkeley Zoning Adjustments Board is set to review plans for The Hub, a 26-story residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2128 Oxford Street site. The building will feature 433 units, along with over 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, over 50,000 square feet of amenities and shared open space, and on-site parking for bicycles.
