Santa Clara County is moving forward with a proposed 91-unit affordable housing development at 1135 East Santa Clara Street in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project, called Algarve Apartments, will have 24 units allocated to military veterans and 36 units designated as supportive housing.
