Plans are scheduled to be reviewed for the eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1532 Mount Diablo Boulevard site in Walnut Creek. The complex will create 106 residential units, 14 of which will be affordable, along with 7,800 square feet of retail space and a two-story basement garage.
