Plans were filed for a three-acre development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 477 East Hillsdale Boulevard in San Mateo. The project will include the construction of a new apartment complex and five townhouse-style multiplexes, creating a total of 276 residential units. Of the 276 units, 41 will be affordable, and on-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles.
