The Berkeley Zoning Adjustments Board is set to review plans for the seven-story residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1899 Oxford Street site near the UC Berkeley campus. The new building will create 222 rental units, 33 of which will be affordable, along with nearly 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a ground-level courtyard and rooftop deck.
