Permits were filed for the six-story affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 111 Fairmount Avenue in Oakland. The complex will create 94 residential units, along with on-site parking for cars and bicycles. Amenities will include indoor community space and landscaped open spaces.
