New plans were filed for a two-building, mixed-use complex containing office and residential space at 603 Jefferson Avenue and 750 Bradford Street in Redwood City, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The office tower will rise eight stories, with some of the building’s space set to be allocated to the Redwood City School District, while the residential building will contain 87 apartments across ten stories. Parking will be included for cars and bicycles in a two-story basement garage.
