Permits were filed for the construction of a new cul-de-sac at Rockridge Geotechnical’s Thorndale Drive site in Oakland. The project, which is named Bonnington Court, would create ten single-family homes on a hillside property, with the homes covering lots ranging in size from 8,000 to over 12,000 square feet.
