A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for Shirley Chisholm Village, the workforce housing development located at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1360 43^rd Avenue site in San Francisco. The five-story complex will contain 135 affordable units, along with outdoor courtyards, a fitness room, and a community room. Moreover, Shirley Chisholm Village will provide on-site community services, such as academic-based programs for youth, economic mobility programs, and adult education classes.
